The research and application of energy-saving and ejection-decreasing technology of 3200m3 blast furnace in Tangshan Steel
The steel & iron industry is an industry with high-pollution and high-energy consumption, taking 1/7 of domestic energyconsumption, thereinto, the engergy consumption of puddling system has occupied 60%-70% of whole steel and iron production energy consumption, so puddling system has shouldered the important responsibilty to save energy and decrease consumption in steel and iron industry.
Tangshan Steel has decided to wash out 3 old-equipted blast furnaces with 400 m3 neighbouring downtown, and established a modern large-sized blast furnace which uses energy-saving and ejection-decreasing technology widely by technological integration and self-innovation.
唐钢3200m3高炉 节能减排综合技术的研究与应用
钢铁行业属于高污染、高能耗的行业,占国内总能耗的1/7,其中,炼铁系统的能耗占整个钢铁生产能耗的 60%~70%,所以炼铁系统肩负着钢铁工业的节能降耗的重任。
唐钢决定淘汰毗邻市区的三座400m3 级工艺设备落后的高炉,并通过技术集成和自主创新,建设了一座广泛采用节能减排技术的现代化大型高炉。
